Shipping Policy – AMX Fashions

Thank you for browsing with AMX Fashions. We are thrilled to bring adventurous fashion and lifestyle to your doorstep. We strongly recommend reading our shipping policy to know when and how you will receive your order.

Order Processing & Delivery Time

 When you place an order, we estimate shipping and delivery dates based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please be noticed that we are a made-to-order brand– where every piece is crafted just for you, hence normal shipping will take 7-10 working days for the order to be processed and shipped (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays).You’ll receive regular updates via email or SMS about your order status.

Registered users can also track their order status from the “My Orders” page on our website. 

Delivery Details

All parcels are delivered by courier partners between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

In case of any delays due to weather, political unrest, courier restrictions, or other unexpected issues, we request your patience and understanding.

For regions that are remote or difficult to reach, delivery can take a bit longer.

Exchange Policy

Note: We do not have a return policy.

But if there’s a size issue or any other need to return the product, we have an exchange policy available for return within 7 days of delivery. Product remaining in unused, original condition with tags attached.

To begin an exchange, please contact our support team with your order information.

Shipping Attempts

  • If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a note or message.

  • Two delivery attempts will be made.

  • You can also choose to collect your order from the local courier office, if convenient.

No change of delivery address is allowed once the order is shipped.

Taxes & Duties

  • All prices on our website are inclusive of applicable Indian taxes.

  • For international orders, taxes and import duties will depend on the destination country’s laws.

  • If any extra charges apply at the time of delivery in your country, those must be paid by you.
